Welcome to RaY.
We support all youth under the age of 30. That includes:
- Youth of all genders, including non-binary, trans, and gender non-conforming folks
- Youth of all races and ethnicities
- Youth who are First Nations, Metis, and Inuit, from the city or rural communities
- Youth from all over Canada, Manitoba, and Winnipeg
- Youth exiting justice, CFS, hospital, and other systems
- Youth living with addiction and mental health
- Youth of all abilities

We’re not here to judge you, just to help you out. Here’s how we can do that:

No Judgment
We’re not here to judge you, just to help you out. Here’s how we can do that:
- A safe drop-in space, with coffee, couches, computers, food, and folks to chat with
- Basic Needs, including showers, laundry, clothing bank, showers, and hygiene items
- A street outreach team, who drive around handing out sandwiches and supplies
- Housing supports, including eviction prevention, apartment hunting, and advocacy
- Primary health, including a clinic at RaY with a Nurse Practitioner
- A Mental Health and Addictions team, who can help you find resources when you’re ready or just chat if you’re not
- Employment and training supports, including help with IDs, EIA and welfare, odd jobs, and a Level Up! training program
- Cultural supports, including Cultural Advisors who can support you, individual cultural supports, and group activities where you can learn in a safe space
RaY Rules
We have one big rule at RaY: RESPECT. That means:
- Respect yourself!
- Respect others, including staff and other people
- Respect the property, don’t damage stuff, use on-site, or steal
